Upcoming Webinars: Carbon Datasets, Org Footprints, EPD Production

Circular Ecology are pleased to announce two upcoming free webinars, offering practical guidance on two key sustainability topics: Organisational Carbon Footprinting and Bespoke Carbon Datasets. Organisations seeking to strengthen their carbon reporting, improve data quality, or better understand advanced carbon datasets are invited to join us for these expert led sessions.

Each webinar includes time for live Q&A, and may be of particular interest to sustainability professionals, procurement leads, infrastructure clients, and anyone involved in emissions reporting or net zero planning.

Both webinars are free to attend, but spaces are limited. You can register via the links below.

Update [19/02/2026]: We’ve also added another webinar for March 12th: How to Produce an EPD: An Overview. Scroll down for more information.

Organisational Carbon Footprints: From Measurement to Meaningful Action

This session provides a clear, practical walkthrough of how to measure and mature an organisational carbon footprint. We will explore what a footprint really represents, how to set meaningful boundaries, approaches for handling complex data, and how to turn results into credible climate action.

Topics include:

  • Knowing your footprint: What a footprint really represents and what it does not tell you
  • Key reporting decisions: Organisational boundaries, operational control, and material Scope 3 categories
  • A practical approach to data: Spend-based, activity-based, and hybrid methods
  • Common challenges: How to improve reporting and data quality each year
  • Meaningful use of results: Identifying carbon hotspots and linking footprints to targets and reduction planning

An Introduction to Bespoke Carbon Datasets

This webinar explores how bespoke carbon datasets can provide accuracy and clarity where generic data falls short, particularly for organisations with complex operations or supply chains.

Topics include:

  • What is a Bespoke Carbon Dataset?
  • Comparison of bespoke vs generic datasets
  • Benefits of developing a bespoke carbon dataset
  • Aligning datasets to specific carbon standards
  • Case studies: Applications of bespoke carbon datasets
