Our team will set up your access as soon as possible. We aim to set most people up in 2-3 business days. If urgent access is needed, please email us after purchase. Note that our working days are Monday to Friday. We are also closed on UK Bank holidays.

Yes, access is provided for 12 months, and any new content released for your selected course in that time period will be made available to you.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a separate rate for individuals or students. The courses are targeted at businesses.
The courses are comprised of numerous modules, videos, and interactive activities which can be taken at your leisure. There is no time limit for the courses, and after purchase, you have access to all courses and content for up to 12 months.
You can re-watch videos and go over content as many times as you like within the given period.
Access is provided for 12 months for one person.
No, access is strictly for 1 person for 12 months.
To purchase access for more than one person, we can offer discounts. Please contact us to discuss access for multiple users.

The videos cannot be downloaded. They are streamed digitally online.
Yes, the videos require an internet connection to view them.
