The ICE Database – Register for a Tools and Integration Licence

This registration form is for organisations seeking to better understand and integrate the ICE Database in whole or in part, into tools, databases, software, or platforms (whether internal or external use).

Successful registration provides permission to use the data under the Tools and Integration Licence until 30th June 2026.

  • The Tools and Integration Licence permits integration of the ICE Database data into tools, databases, platforms, etc.
  • Distribution is restricted to the tool or platform stated in your registration approval
  • Registration requires the organisation to nominate a Point of Contact for updates and compliance
  • A valid licence is required before purchasing or using the Machine-Readable format
  • The Machine-Readable format can be purchased from our online store after licence approval
  • All tools or platforms registered under this licence type will be listed on the public ICE Database Tools Register, which may include the tool name, web link, and a short description
  • Registration ensures you receive updates and notifications about new releases
  • All users must give full attribution to the ICE Database and its authors: Circular Ecology Ltd. Attribution must include a link to the applicable registration page:

Please find below the form to register for permission to use the ICE Database for non-educational purposes. Once submitted, you will be sent an email asking you to verify your email address. After completing the email verification process, your application will enter our manual approval process. If successfully approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download the Advanced ICE Database.

In the Advanced ICE Database, you will find:

  • Material profiles with additional stats, data, and insights
  • The ICE Database Cement and Concrete Tool
